Dominion Voice Christian Outreach began with a few friends and a shared frustration: too much of what was preached on Sunday seemed to evaporate by Monday morning. Bills still came. Marriages still strained. Relationships still bruised.
So we started meeting around breakfast — opening scripture and asking the hard, honest questions about money, about love, about forgiveness. Word spread. The room grew. And what started as a kitchen-table conversation became an outreach with a clear mission.
Today we remain non-denominational, deliberately rooted in the local, and outward-facing in our reach — bringing the gospel into the everyday places it was always meant to inhabit.
A few convictions we hold with both hands.
Scripture is sufficient.
We trust the Bible to speak — clearly and lovingly — into every corner of life, including the corners we'd rather it left alone.
Jesus is Lord.
His death and resurrection are the centre. Everything else we say and do flows from that one fact.
The local matters.
We are convinced God works through embodied, neighbourly community — not just programs and platforms.
Generosity is freedom.
Money was meant to be held loosely. Marriage was meant to be held tightly. We try to keep that straight.
From Edmonton, to the ends of the earth.
We carry God's word — through teaching, gatherings, media, and quiet acts of presence — into Canada and beyond. The room may be small. The reach is not.
